Deliveries have increased massively in the last decade and show no signs of slowing down. Addresses were built for regular deliveries (like Canada Post) but most delivery drivers today are visiting an address for the first time. They must figure out the address location and find parking on the fly. It can be stressful. LastStep solves this problem by providing specific instructions for every address. We provide parking suggestions, exact front door coordinates and instructions. We remove the last piece of inefficiency from delivery.
Using our own stomping ground (UBC) as a test case, we've built a system that allows you to share your exact location with a detailed set of instructions, and visual markers to help guide you or your delivery to your destination. Or, if you're a delivery driver, search for any address and quickly find the best parking and exact front door location. Adding a layer of context to each step allows us to take the guesswork, and the stress out of navigation.
